The User may request a replacement from GERARD HERNÁNDEZ, at no cost, in the event that the product presents a manufacturing defect. Taking into account the nature of the contracted products, the User will have a period of 48 hours from when he became aware of the lack of conformity of the product to communicate to GERARD HERNÁNDEZ his lack of conformity with them. If this period is exceeded, any of the damages will be assumed by the User.


The returns of the products that present manufacturing defects in them, will not suppose any additional cost for the User.


To formalize the replacement, the User must contact GERARD HERNÁNDEZ within the granted period of 48 hours, from the time he receives the product, in the following form, indicating the product or products to be returned , attaching a photograph and a detailed list of the defects found therein.


Once GERARD HERNÁNDEZ has received the communication from the User, it will inform the User within 8 - 10 business days whether or not to replace the product. In the event that it proceeds to the replacement, GERARD HERNÁNDEZ will indicate to the User that it will send a new product in good condition. Under no circumstances will the defective or damaged product be sent back to Wooolfy's offices.




Due to the personalized nature of all the products we design at, GERARD HERNÁNDEZ cannot accept product changes or refunds. If the User is not satisfied with the final product, the user can contact GERARD HERNÁNDEZ through this form


When designing, GERARD HERNÁNDEZ uses the photo uploaded by the User when placing the order. For this reason, gives clear instructions on how the photos should be taken and in what quality they should be uploaded.
